DUI Defense

Being charged with a DUI can have detrimental consequences on your license, freedom and future.  At the time of arrest, your license could immediately be in jeopardy.  Do not delay in getting an experienced attorney that specializes in DUI defense.

A DUI is an extremely technical charge that requires an attorney that can properly evaluate every aspect of your case from the initial stop to post-arrest drug or alcohol tests.

A charge of DUI can be based on the allegation of consuming alcohol, illegal or prescription drugs, inhalants or a combination of alcohol and drugs.  A DUI is normally a misdemeanor offense, but, in some situations, it could be a felony. If you are charged with a DUI, call us immediately.
